We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or product:

Order Cancellations
Because of our fast, automated processing system:

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

After that, the order will already be in preparation and cannot be canceled.
If you notice an error (such as the wrong size or address), contact us immediately, and we’ll try to update it before it ships.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you’re located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and proof of purchase provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
